Echo Exchange

Heavily inspired by Equivalent Exchange.

This mod adds the Exchange Machine and the Exchange Script (a handheld version) At this machine you can:

• Burn items to their equivalent ECHO value (discovering them in the process)
• Spend stored ECHOES by transmuting them into other items that you have already discovered
• Upgrade the overall echo storage so that larger/more expensive things can be transmuted

The Echo value of an item is determined by the items rarity and crafting recipes, but you can use the config to override these values with whatever you'd like. This is super useful when it comes to balancing with other mods in a pack.
