Hello! This is our entry for the first Hytale ModJam, and I'm really excited to share it with you. I wanted to create something fun and different: real vehicles that you can drive and use to explore the world! ═══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════ 💭 THE IDEA BEHIND THIS

I've always loved the idea of ​​having vehicles in Hytale beyond horses. So I thought... why not karts? They're fun, fast, and honestly, who doesn't want to race a little kart? Plus, I wanted to experiment with Hytale's assembly system and see how far I could push it.

This whole project started as "make me something simple that can be assembled" and then evolved into a complete vehicle system with upgrades, a custom merchant, and even decorative blocks. Typical runaway modding, right?

🚗 WHAT YOU GET

DRIVEABLE KARTS: The Basic model is your go-to kart for beginners: it has good speed, handles well, and won't break the bank. It's perfect for getting around and quite satisfying to drive once you get the hang of it.

Then we have two versions that, while essentially the same, offer a different look. You can also drive them in reverse, on water, and even jump, which, although not planned, was something we enjoyed and decided to keep.

DECORATIVE BLOCKS: I added broken kart blocks. These are used to craft karts, since the machine's echo effect is something that doesn't quite fit the theme, and it made us think that the possibility of repairing an invention from the past could be a good idea.

THE KART MERCHANT: This was probably the most fun part to create. Klops, the kart merchant, isn't very common in the game right now, so he'll appear randomly in the world (I set him to be quite rare so finding him would be special), and his shop restocks every two days, so you can get the broken karts.

His prices are... a bit steep, since for a survival experience they're intended for later in the game.
