Introduction

Echoes of Civilization is a Vanilla+ mod that aims to enhance the core gameplay experience of Hytale. Explore undead ruins to uncover ancient human writings. Learn to craft lost technology. The mod adds 6 new crafting recipes and 5 new items that are designed for quality of life, seamless integration with existing systems, and fun.

Mod Features

• New Items/Recipes:
  • (NEW) Musket: A powerful firearm that fires a single projectile that deals high damage. Slow to reload. Reworked from the existing Blunderbuss item.
  • (NEW) Musket Shot: Ammunition for the Musket. Crafted from iron, cloth, and boompowder.
  • Glider: A lightweight glider that allows players to soar through the skies.
  • (NEW) Plow: A farming tool that tills soil in a 3x3 area.
  • (NEW) Tree Saw: A specialized saw for quickly cutting down large trees. Cuts logs in a 3x3 area.
  • (NEW) Timepiece: An intricate mechanical device that displays the current date and time.
• New Loot:
  • Ancient writings containing recipes for the new items can be found in undead ruins.
